Koch Comm is a full-service marketing and advertising agency in Oklahoma City. The team was ready for a site that better reflected the agency and did more to showcase our work and services.
About the Project
Custom post types and filtering
I built custom post types for services, work, team members, and job openings, each with their own templates and custom fields. The work archive includes category-based filtering so users can browse projects by service and industry.
Designer collaboration
I worked closely with the designer throughout the build, meeting regularly to align on details. The comps left room for interpretation, especially around interaction and responsive behavior, so a big part of my role was making smart decisions in those gaps and checking back in to make sure that we stayed on the same page.
Continued development
The site has kept evolving since launch. As the team's front-end developer, I've handled ongoing requests including new case studies, SEO work, and a custom timeline page for the company's 20th anniversary.
